Involved in the injection molding of automotive plastics and plastic containers and closures for over 30 years, Clay has worked in positions of Machine Maintenance, Manufacturing Supervision, Quality Engineering & Management, and Product Engineering & Marketing.

Based at Rexam’s Evansville, Indiana Closures and Containers Headquarters, for the past ten years he has been involved in new product design and development and technical customer support.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from Indiana State University (Terre Haute, Indiana) and a Masters in Industrial Management from the University of Southern Indiana. Clay is a member of the American Society for Testing Materials (ASTM).
