Paul Marshall is a packaging engineer for Ethicon Endo-Surgery, a Johnson & Johnson Company based in Cincinnati, Ohio. He has been a member of the Institute of Packaging Professionals since 1996. He is certified as a packaging professional (CPP) through IOPP. He holds two packaging patents and has one pending. In 2004 he won the Ameristar and World Star awards for packaging innovation. He is a graduate of Michigan State University and Cincinnati State. He has written several articles published in Paperboard Packaging Magazine including a cover page article on his award winning I-Glide wheel chair design.
