Paul France is a principal
engineer for The Procter & Gamble
Company. He joined P&G in 1991 at
the European Technical Center in Brussels,
Belgium, where he had process development
responsibilities. He transferred in
1995 to Cincinnati, Ohio, USA, where
he joined the Corporate Engineering
group. Currently, Mr. France leads the
Fabric Care New Business Development
Section with responsibilities for new
packaging and device development.
Within P&G, Mr. France is also a
Technology Entrepreneur: constantly
on the outlook for new technologies
and new products, seeking to build a
global innovation network by identifying
and connecting with the talents and
technologies of today’s most prepared
minds and capabilities.
Mr. France received a B.S. and a M.S.
degree in Bioengineering from the University
of Ghent, Belgium and is currently completing
a MBA with the University of Phoenix.
He holds 39 granted US patents and a
dozen published articles. He serves
on the board of directors of Anatech
NV (Leuven, Belgium) and on the advisory
board of SciTech Patent Art (Hyderabad,
India).
